5/16 inch Grade 43 Hi-Test DIN766 Hot Dipped Galvanized Chain
A calibrated hot dipped galvanized carbon steel chain, with a short pitch which makes it ideal for an anchor windlass chain. The higher strength of the grade 43 allows for a higher strength to weight ratio, which allows the vessel to carry less weight in the chain locker. Each link is proof load tested and calibrated at manufacture.
Check windlass manufacturer’s specification prior to purchase, Try sample 10 ft piece in the pocket wheel to ensure correct fit.
