Powerstrand winch lines are made from 6x36 IWRC Bright EIPS grade wire rope.   They are finished with a heavy duty galvanized thimble, flemish pressed eye one end into a 3 ton latched alloy eye swivel hook.
 
Minimum Breaking Strength of Wire Rope:  15,100 lbs.
 
Working Load Limit:  4,250 lbs.
