PowerStrand Aircraft Cable Type 316
A stiff spiral strand construction suitable for standing rigging. While the outside strands are left lay, the inside strands are right lay, resulting in a rotation resistant construction that has one of the lowest elongation (stretch) characteristics in cable. Applications include yacht & sail boat rigging, architectural, guying, balustrading and display. This cable is made from stainless steel type 316, electro-polished, and ultra-sonic water cleaned for a shiny finish.
